Service Requests

Submitting a service request does not guarantee scheduling or repair availability. Joey's Mobile Auto Service reviews each request to confirm whether the concern, vehicle, location, access, schedule, and repair type are a good fit for mobile service.

Diagnostic-First Service

Repair estimates are provided after inspection or diagnosis. No repair work is performed until approved. Parts and repair labor are quoted separately after diagnosis when repairs are recommended.

SMS and Call Terms

By providing your phone number and selecting the opt-in box on our service request form, you agree to receive calls and SMS messages from Joey's Mobile Auto Service related to service requests, appointments, estimates, repair updates, scheduling, customer support, and service-related notifications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (850) 988-3070.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, contact, and location information and ensuring the vehicle is safely accessible for mobile service.

Warranty and Parts

Qualifying approved repairs using parts supplied by Joey's Mobile Auto Service are backed by the warranty stated on the website or repair estimate. Joey's Mobile Auto Service does not install customer-supplied parts.
